Our Mission

The Future Is Female's mission to empower women and non-binary people in the fields of science, technology, engineering, math, and business. Through educative classes, presentations, and opportunities on several fundamental topics in these areas, we aim to provide knowledge and tools to predominantly minority groups. The purpose of this non-profit organization is to bring awareness to the severe gender and race disparity in STEM and Business, and promote equal representation in the pursuit of education.
